Cancel Policy
All cancellation requests:
- must be sent to SGNA Multi-State in writing.
- will be processed after the conference.
- must be postmarked on or before 12 midnight October 15, 2010.
- All refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee.
- No refunds will be issued for any missed sessions; including sessions
missed due to change in travel arrangements. - Specific circumstances will be handled on an individual basis after the conference.
- If faxing a cancellation request, please make sure that it has gone
through.
